Download PhoneForge

Pick your operating system. Each download is a double-click app — installs dependencies on first run, starts the server, and opens the dashboard in your browser (localhost:8742/d).

macOS

Drag to Applications, then open. No Terminal. First launch: right-click → Open if macOS warns about an unidentified developer.

Download .dmg Download .app (zip)
  1. Open .dmg → drag PhoneForge to Applications
  2. Right-click PhoneForge → Open → click Open (once)
  3. After that, double-click normally
  4. Needs Python 3.8+ on your Mac

Windows

Unzip, then double-click PhoneForge.vbs.

Download for Windows
  1. Unzip the download
  2. Install Python 3.8+ (python.org, Add to PATH)
  3. Double-click PhoneForge.vbs
🐧

Linux

Unzip, make PhoneForge executable, double-click or run ./PhoneForge.

Download for Linux
  1. Unzip → open PhoneForge folder
  2. chmod +x PhoneForge (or Properties → Allow executing)
  3. Double-click PhoneForge
  4. Needs python3, pip, lsof

After download

1. Sign up at phoneforge.net (if you haven’t)
2. Run the launcher for your OS — browser opens the dashboard
3. Log in inside the dashboard
4. Plug in your phone via USB
